Experienced Investigator holds office
Mike sits down and talks with Spartanburg County Coroner Rusty Clevenger. Mike and Corner Clevenger used to be on opposite sides as Rusty was a Chief Investigator at the 7th Circuit Solicitor's office who worked on a number of cases in which Michael was the defense attorney, including a high profile murder.Today the are walking together in order to provide for the highest level of forensic investigative services, accident scene stability, and quality, citizen content in challenging times and citizen education in preventing untimely demise.

Jim Hipp, a product of Wofford College, brings a number of years of public service experience to his role of Deputy County Administrator. Hipp has successfully worked directly with Mike on a number of public safety matters for Spartanburg County and its citizens.
